Introduction

Why a mug cake? It’s easy, delicious and ready in only 5 minutes.

The biggest joys in this world are work and family, the only joys that gives life a meaning” Jean-Henri Fabre, French entomologist

So, for today : Less work and more time with the family!

Because my daddy is the strongest, I used some dark-chocolate.

Because he’s always sweet, I added some raspberries (and it’s summer today!).

Because he’s classy, I added some almond butter.

Because he deserves the best, I finished with some Molitor Origin from Jimini’s.

  • For a gluten-free recipe : I tried with some amaranth flour and it works also perfectly even if the dough doesn’t rise as much.
  • If you don’t have some almond butter and almond milk, you can use normal butter instead.

Stir with a fork to combine and then whisk in the egg.

Stir in the sugar and the almond milk.

Add the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt. Beat the batter until smooth.

Add the raspberries and the mealworms and mix gently.

Microwave at full power for about 1 minute 30.

Let cool for a few minutes. Et voilà, bon appétit Papa!
